Return & Refund Policy
At Put It In the Salt, every product is made to order. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, all sales are final. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Accepted Only for Manufacturing or Printing Defects
We will accept a return or replacement only in cases where the product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage incurred during production.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bowhunter@putitinthesalt.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
No Returns for Incorrect Sizing
Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
To ensure the best fit, please measure a shirt you already own that fits you well and compare those measurements to the size chart provided on each product page. This step helps prevent sizing issues since shirt fits vary by brand and style.
Additional Notes
- Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to monitor calibration. This is not considered a defect.
- Minor variations in print placement (within standard tolerance) are normal in the print-on-demand process and are not treated as defects.
